How to create a professional email account Print

Professional email uses your domain name, for example info@yourdomain.co.za.

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Open Email Accounts.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Choose the mailbox name and password.
  5. Set a mailbox storage limit that fits your package.
  6. Save the account.

Use strong passwords. Avoid names, birthdays, company names, and simple words.
