These terms apply to TIN Solutions services including hosting, domains, email, VoIP, SSL, backups, branding, Google Workspace, and business compliance support.
Service Scope
Services are provided according to the package, quotation, invoice, or written agreement selected by the client. Some services are recurring, while compliance, branding, migration, and advisory services may be quoted per scope.
Billing and Renewals
Clients are responsible for paying invoices before due dates to avoid suspension, expiry, or loss of service. Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and restoration fees may vary by registry and supplier.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, maintain lawful content, and supply correct documents for compliance-related services.
Support
Support is provided through the client portal, email, phone, and WhatsApp where applicable. Urgency, response time, and scope depend on the selected service and support arrangement.
Changes
TIN Solutions may update service terms, package features, supplier-linked pricing, and acceptable use rules to keep services secure, compliant, and commercially sustainable.
