Use webmail when you need quick access to your mailbox from a browser.

Common webmail link format: https://yourdomain.co.za/webmail

For email apps, use IMAP for normal mailbox sync. Use SMTP for sending mail. Your exact incoming and outgoing server details are available inside cPanel under Email Accounts, then Connect Devices.

If your phone or Outlook keeps rejecting the password, test the same mailbox in webmail first. If webmail works, the issue is usually the app settings.
