How to reduce disk usage in cPanel Print

High disk usage can stop email, backups, uploads, and website updates.

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Open Disk Usage.
  3. Check which folders use the most space.
  4. Delete old backups you no longer need.
  5. Empty spam and trash folders in webmail.
  6. Remove unused website files, old zip files, and duplicate uploads.
  7. Upgrade your hosting package if the account has outgrown its storage.

Do not delete folders if you are unsure what they do. Open a support ticket before removing system or website folders.
