SSL protects visitors by loading your website over HTTPS.
SSL normally activates after the domain points to the hosting server correctly. If the domain was recently updated, wait for DNS propagation, then test again.
If your website shows a security warning after the domain is already pointing correctly, open a support ticket with the domain name and a screenshot.
