How to pay an invoice online Print

Online payment is the fastest way to clear an invoice and restore suspended hosting.

  1. Log in at https://portal.tinsolutions.co.za.
  2. Open Billing, then My Invoices.
  3. Select the unpaid invoice.
  4. Choose Online Payment if available.
  5. Complete payment and wait for the invoice status to update.

If the invoice remains unpaid after payment, open a billing ticket with proof of payment.
