Hosting can be suspended when an invoice remains unpaid after the due date and suspension period.

When the related invoices are paid and allocated, WHMCS checks the service and restores eligible hosting automatically.

If you paid by EFT, restoration depends on the payment being confirmed and allocated to the correct invoice. Always use the invoice number as the reference.
