Email Setup Guide: Outlook, iPhone (iOS), Android, and Apple Mail Print

Connecting your professional TIN Solutions email account (e.g. info@yourdomain.co.za) to your smartphone, laptop, or desktop mail application is quick and straightforward.

Always Use Secure SSL/TLS Settings
TIN Solutions mail servers require encrypted SSL/TLS connections for both incoming and outgoing email to protect your credentials and confidential communications.

1. Universal Server Settings

2. Step-by-Step Setup on iPhone / iPad (iOS)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap Mail → Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account → select Other → tap Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter your Name, full Email Address, Mailbox Password, and Description (e.g. Work Email).
  4. Select IMAP at the top.
  5. Under Incoming Mail Server:
    • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.co.za
    • User Name: Your full email address
    • Password: Your mailbox password
  6. Under Outgoing Mail Server:
    • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.co.za
    • User Name: Your full email address
    • Password: Your mailbox password
  7. Tap Next and Save. Your iPhone will verify the settings and connect immediately.

3. Step-by-Step Setup on Microsoft Outlook (Windows / Mac)

  1. Open Outlook and go to File → Add Account.
  2. Enter your full email address, check Let me set up my account manually, and click Connect.
  3. Choose IMAP.
  4. Configure the server settings:
    • Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.co.za | Port: 993 | Encryption: SSL/TLS
    • Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.co.za | Port: 465 | Encryption: SSL/TLS
  5. Click Next, enter your password, and click Done.

4. Accessing Webmail in Your Browser

If you are away from your primary device, you can access your email from any web browser worldwide:

  • Visit: https://webmail.yourdomain.co.za or https://yourdomain.co.za:2096
  • Log in using your full email address and password.
