1. Transferring a .CO.ZA Domain
The South African domain registry (ZACR) uses an email ticket voting system for .co.za domain transfers:
- Log in to the TIN Solutions Client Portal and go to Domains → Transfer Domains to Us.
- Enter your
.co.zadomain name and click Transfer. - Review your order and complete checkout.
- The Voting Email: The registry will automatically send an authorization transfer email to the current Registrant Email Address listed on the domain WHOIS.
- Open the email and click the confirmation link to Accept / Approve the transfer.
- Once approved, the transfer completes within 24 hours.
2. Transferring International Domains (.COM, .NET, .ORG)
- Contact your current domain registrar and request the EPP / Authorization Key (Auth Code).
- Ensure the domain is Unlocked and privacy protection is temporarily disabled.
- In your TIN Solutions Client Portal, go to Domains → Transfer Domains → enter your domain and paste the EPP Key.
- Complete checkout. ICANN transfers take between 5 to 7 days to finalize.
