Acceptable Usage Policy
TIN Solutions services must be used lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that protects other clients, infrastructure, networks, and the reputation of the service.
Prohibited Use
Clients may not use services for spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, illegal content, unauthorised scanning, abusive traffic, copyright abuse, or activity that disrupts systems or other users.
Email and Hosting
Email accounts must not be used for unsolicited bulk mail. Hosting accounts must not run abusive scripts, excessive resource usage, nulled software, malicious code, or content that violates South African law.
Security
Clients are responsible for securing websites, applications, passwords, plugins, and scripts under their control. TIN Solutions may suspend or restrict services where urgent action is needed to protect infrastructure or other clients.
Enforcement
Where a violation is detected, TIN Solutions may request correction, restrict service, suspend service, or terminate service depending on severity and risk.
